Register for Online Banking

1. Call our 24-hour card activation hotline: +603 8321 8999.
2. Press "1" to activate credit card. Follow the simple instruction and activate the card.
3. Once you have completed the activation step, press "2" to create your credit card PIN.

2. Press "2" for Debit Card PIN. Enter your NRIC/Passport Number, followed by the last 4 digits of your Debit Card number.
3. A one-time 6-digit security code will be sent to your registered mobile number.
4. Enter the 6-digit security code to complete your PIN creation. Enter a new 6-digit PIN, re-enter PIN to confirm.

1. Call our telebanking service hotline at 1300 88 1388 or 1300 88 9393 (Premier account holders).
2. Follow the instructions on the menu.

• For HSBC Deposit customers, you will be asked to provide the following details:
  i. 16-digit Debit Card number or Identification Card number (IC)
  ii. Debit Card PIN
• For HSBC Credit Card customers, you will be asked to provide the following details for verification purpose:
  i. Identification Card number (IC)
